Balance Staffing is hiring SMT Machine Operators in Huntsville!
Pay:$16.00/hr + Night Shift Differential
Location: Huntsville, AL | On-site Shifts Available:
Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM + Night Shift Differential
About the Position
Operate and monitor SMT production equipment in an electronics manufacturing environment. Follow work instructions, monitor machine performance, inspect products for quality, and follow safety procedures.
No SMT Experience Required!
The company is willing to train candidates with Machine Operator or manufacturing experience who are interested in learning SMT equipment and processes.
Requirements:
* Manufacturing, Production, or Machine Operator experience
* Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures * Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. * High School Diploma/GED preferred
