YOUR NEW POSITION:
We are looking for Sales Assistants for our new store in Rome CC Maximo.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your goal will be to promote the brand image and always maintain the highest standard of customer service, to sell and retain our customers. You will also be involved in maintaining the standards and organization of the store, as well as in controlling the stock and restocking the store.
- Greet, smile, and approach customers showing a friendly attitude and a willingness to serve, prioritizing customer service over all other tasks
- Possess good knowledge of the products to be able to advise the customer in an optimal and precise way.
- Be able to serve multiple customers at the same time and offer everyone excellent service.
- Know the sales objectives and aim to reach and exceed them, individually and as a team.
- Provide assistance while maintaining an optimal image of the store that is always attractive to customers.
WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for a motivated, lively, and extroverted person who demonstrates excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the enthusiasm to represent the brand through the provision of excellent customer service in order to reach and exceed sales objectives. Previous experience in the retail fashion sector is desirable.
