Who You Get To Work With You'll report to Ian Joseph, CEO, and Andy Joseph, VP of Property Management, and join a bench of Property Managers who share standards, playbooks, and hard-won answers. Around you: Maintenance Coordinators, Leasing, Field, Cedar One technicians and estimators, in-house accounting, and a data team that builds the reporting so you're not living in spreadsheets. What You'll Own Your job runs in three lanes: Owner Alignment Build real trust with investors. Communicate clearly, protect NOI, and align on what they actually want from the asset. Resident Experience Consistent care and responsiveness that keeps good residents in place. A lease, a repair, and a renewal are real people, not tickets. Team & System Leadership Direct the coordinators and the process so execution is predictable across your entire portfolio.
