Job Description:

· Complete electrical estimations which comply with NEC Codes and are competitive with bids of a similar nature from other companies.

· Plan, assign, supervise, train, and evaluate the work performance of electricians and support staff in the installation, repair, and modification of electrical systems.

· Travel to and meet with customers, assess their needs, design, and quote solutions, and deliver their estimates in a timely manner

· Inspect the work of subordinates and contractors to insure conformity with city specifications and National Electrical Codes

· Enforce safety regulations

· Research utility company information related to specific job estimates

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.

· Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, material, and repair reports

· Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth project implementation

· Bid new work with an 70% win ratio

· Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction

· Create relationships with prospective customers and referrals

· Estimator to Team handoffs, going over the takeoffs, project quotes, and included scope

· Communication is vital, including asking for clarification, collaborating, and reporting back to team members and/or supervisors

· Must be sufficiently adaptable to accept and perform in a timely and effective manner, work assignments that are outside the normal (day-to-day) routine as well as to accept changing company strategies as applicable

· Must receive and provide clear, constructive feedback regarding work performance (to/from individuals or groups) and be able to provide clarification as necessary

· Perform related duties as assigned

· Represent Salzano Electric Inc in a professional and positive way and help cultivate the estimating department

Skills, Education, & Experience:

· 6+ years in the residential electrical industry

· 4+ years as a CO Licensed Electrician (Wireman/Journeyman)

· 3+ years in electrical estimating, preferred

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

· Great Customer Service and Communication Skills

· Valid CO Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record

· Clean Background Check
