About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategy to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of strategic frameworks that address clients' business and marketing challenges. The successful candidate will be a critical leader in this function, working cross-functionally to implement innovative, insight-driven strategies that deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities include strategic framework development, client and account leadership, new business and growth support, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. The VP, Strategy will also be responsible for guiding the thinking of account and specialist teams, ensuring strategic excellence, and fostering a collaborative, empowering team culture. This role requires a professional with over 10 years' of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields, and a proven track record of leading successful client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, experience in supporting new business development, and a collaborative mindset with a background in fast-paced, client-driven environments. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. The role demands exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. The VP, Strategy will be expected to ensure that strategy informs all aspects of client work and that each project is aligned with overarching client goals.
