Warm Springs LPN

Experience with ID patients, Adult Psych, or Autism Spectrum patients. Local to Montana if possible.

Responsibilities include supervises and accounts for patients; provides care as directed by medical and nursing providers; observes, reports, and documents information concerning patient's physical, emotional, and behavior status; maintains and protects patient rights; recognizes and appropriately responds using therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques with patients. Additionally, shift differential may be available, and one meal is provided per shift.

• Implement appropriate nursing care interventions.
• Perform accurate and thorough work.
• Skill in the use of the basic instruments and equipment of the nursing profession.
• Knowledge of current psychopharmacology.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze, assemble, and organize information.
• Ability to proficiently utilize technology related to patient care information systems.
• Meet minimum qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Montana.
• Preferred experience providing care to individuals with developmental, behavioral, or psychiatric disorders.
