ABA Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in South River, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and team members to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients in their natural environments to implement behavioral treatment plans Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to adapt treatment plans and address client needs Provide accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress Maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements: Those bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged to apply!
