Lead Scientist

Role Lead Scientist (Analytical) overseeing analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples; responsible for method development, validation, and troubleshooting. Objectives: optimize analytical processes, develop new methods, and support product development and investigation strategies. Responsibilities perform testing per SOPs, lead OOS investigations, conduct method validation and instrument maintenance, and improve laboratory procedures. Qualifications extensive experience in analytical chemistry, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple techniques; relevant education in sciences or engineering; experience with regulatory documentation and audit readiness. Preferred expertise in analytical method validation, technical troubleshooting, and process improvements. High-Value focus on finished products, raw materials, custom analytical services, and in-process samples; involvement in OOS investigations; ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
