·         You know how to scope a job

·         Have Xactimate Experience

·         Familiar with “Program” work

·         Know how to budget a job

·         Have a “Can do” attitude!

What you can expect on a normal day:

·         Run the daily meeting and assign duties to your team

·         Manage multiple jobs simultaneously

·         Travel to customers to scope jobs and confirm scope with the insured and adjustor

·         Budget jobs to margin

·         Ensure operations and procedures are conducted to high standards

You’re gonna need this to carry out this job:

·         Prior Mitigation experience

·         Xactimate experience

·         Drivers License and ability to pass a drug screen and background check

·         Exceptional oral and written communication skills
