Details 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting Med/Surg Adult and PCU/Telemetry units Day shift schedule Must be willing to flex between departments as needed Requirements Active WA or compact RN license required Minimum of 3 years' RN experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Must be experienced in all areas of Med-Surg and PCU/Telemetry Additional Information Provide patient and family education using appropriate teaching modalities Implement patient safety measures and follow restraint policies correctly Demonstrate safe operation and troubleshooting of PCU/Telemetry/Med-Surg equipment Follow infection control and isolation procedures using standard precautions Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, nursing interventions, and responses Complete physician orders and 24-hour order checks in a timely manner Give complete and accurate shift reports and interdepartmental communication Report critical lab values to physicians per policy Maintain and restock emergency carts and general supplies American Traveler Job ID P-750698.
