The Team Leader Production oversees a small team of 5-10 members within the production area, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met and operational objectives achieved. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role focuses on team supervision, quality assurance, and staff development during fixed daytime hours.

• Supervise daily activities of the production team
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards
• Provide training and guidance to staff members
• Monitor team performance and address issues proactively

 

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in production management

Role Overview
As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll drive new business and manage relationships with wholesale buyers — retailers, MVNOs, insurance carriers, and repair/resale shops — connecting them with reliable, competitively priced device inventory.

What You'll Do

Prospect and close new B2B accounts across the wireless resale and insurance channels
Manage a pipeline of buyers, from first outreach to repeat purchase orders
Present device inventory (new, refurbished, and bulk lots) matched to buyer needs and budget
Negotiate pricing and terms on bulk/wholesale deals
Build long-term relationships with account holders, becoming their go-to source for inventory
Stay current on device trends, carrier programs, and market pricing
