Essential Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail Maintains strong organizational skills and reliability Consistently punctual and dependable Knowledge of golf operations and/or retail preferred Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the team environment Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Service‑focused with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional Member experiences Approachable, professional, and welcoming in all interactions Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment Adaptable and open to change as the needs of the Club evolve Basic computer skills; Point‑of‑Sale (POS) experience is a plus Embraces and represents the Club’s culture and values Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and personalized Member service Treats Members, guests, and fellow team members with respect and professionalism Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) Receive and process incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently Prepare and tag merchandise in accordance with Club retail standards Assist Members with scheduling tee times in a courteous and professional manner Respond to Member questions regarding the Club’s mobile app in a timely and helpful manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail and work environment Process Member and guest purchases accurately using the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system Serve as a reliable and supportive team member, assisting colleagues as needed to ensure a seamless Member experience Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Approximate Schedule And Hours Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates. Additional Compensation Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non‑financial compensation. Licenses and Certifications Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements. Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
