About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Front Desk Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front office. This is a key role — you are often the first person our clients hear from and the glue that keeps our tax and wealth management teams running smoothly, especially during our busiest seasons.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls

• Monitor and respond to incoming emails

• Greet and assist clients

• Process and scan incoming tax documents

• File documents into correct client folders

• Send and track DocuSign requests

• Track outstanding client items

• Manage mail and packages

• Update Lacerte and client statuses

• Schedule appointments

• Flag urgent issues and assist with overflow organization

• Answer basic tax questions and direct clients appropriately

What We're Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Client-friendly with a professional demeanor

• Comfortable working with tax software (Lacerte experience a plus)

• Calm under deadline pressure, especially during tax season

• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently
