As **Facilities Manager** at **MGM National Harbor**, you’ll lead the team that keeps everything powered, polished, and guest‐ready. From strategy to systems to people leadership, this role is where big operations meet big impact—every single day.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Oversee the daily operations of the Facilities/Engineering department under the direction of the Director of Facilities* Lead all building maintenance, engineering trades, and operational systems to ensure work is scheduled, assigned, and completed efficiently* Execute department strategy aligned with MGM’s strategic plan, fiscal budget, and profitability goals* Directly manage engineering staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance feedback, promotions, and engagement* Ensure delivery of exceptional guest service consistent with MGM brand standards* Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and building codes* Monitor utility usage and costs while maintaining required utility logs and documentation* Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inspections, repairs, and equipment replacement* Manage inventory levels and purchasing for parts, tools, equipment, and machinery according to property standards**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** At least 21 years of age* High School Diploma or GED* 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a manager or related technical education* Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)* Background in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Hotel Facilities Maintenance and/or General Contracting (Preferred)**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off shift* Healthcare, financial, and time off benefits* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:** Range:**The pay range for this role is:$77,900.00 - $103,900.00This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
