To thrive as a Part-Time Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) at Southwest Health System, Inc., a combination of essential skills and qualifications is necessary.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
• Current state Certified Nursing Assistant certification within state of Colorado.
• Experience with Medical Terminology.
• Current BLS certification.

Language Skills:

• Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Additional languages preferred.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
