Our client company, a very successful and well-established distributor of specialty products sold to and installed in Schools, Civic Buildings, Office Buildings, and so on, is looking to hire a Territory Sales Exec for its Northern Louisiana territory. The Territory Sales Exec will be responsible for traveling the territory, maintaining existing accounts, and growing new accounts. There is existing business and the Sales Rep will be tasked with growing that business and creating new business relationships. Primary callpoints include schools, universities, office buildings, government buildings, and similar.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Creating new accounts and contracts;
• Maintaining existing accounts;
• Working with the internal team to help coordinate deliveries and installations;
• Using the company's CRM to keep track of targets and numbers;
• Expanding the territory in terms of growth;
• Coordinating with the company's internal project team and working directly with customers on project installation;

To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

• Experience with sales of commercial interior furniture or furnishings;
• Experience with SalesForce or another type of CRM;
• 3+ years of experience in outdoors B2B sales;
• Experience dealing with schools or civic/municipal accounts;
