The Vendor Compliance Analyst should be a business professional, have the ability to multi-task extensively with success, while staying organized, and is a self-starter who works independently, as well as, in a team environment with minimal instruction to meet deadlines in a timely manner. The Analyst role requires a person who is confident, with a strong understanding of operations. They must also have the ability to communicate concisely with all levels of employees within the company and its customers. The Vendor Compliance Analyst will be responsible for an array of tasks that encompass the entire workflow process within the Vendor Compliance team, beginning with new customer set-up through management of ongoing customer requirements, to avoid future non-compliance deductions. What you will do in this role Analysis of Fossil customer’s requirements for onboarding Decrease costs through non-compliance deductions by research and dispute of erroneous claims Monitor, track, implement or negotiate as customer requirements changes to support Fossil’s best practices or secure exemptions Create and maintain support documentation for execution of customer requirements within Fossil Develop new and maintain existing relationships (internal and external) to support collaboration for mutually successful outcomes Project management, whether independently or within a team, to aid in the completion of complex, challenging and time-sensitive projects Who You Are Requirements 2+ years of the following: Microsoft Word and Excel Google Mail, Drive and Docs SAP
