Clinic Registration Coordinator

General Information Job title: Clinic Registration Coordinator Schedule: 80 hours per pay period; Monday - Friday Weekend Requirement: No weekends Holiday Requirement: Paid holidays Position Summary The Registration Coordinator position provides leadership support for the Registration team with scheduling support, registration accuracy, and training while adhering to established processes and guidelines. Position Responsibilities Ensures accurate registrations by auditing, correcting accounts, and answering staff questions. Maintains a positive and professional relationship with the registration team and other departments. Trains and educates new and existing staff. Updates and maintains reference materials. Assists Registration Supervisor with administrative support. Provide frontline coverage when needed. Perform other duties as requested. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of related work experience required. Must maintain a valid, current driver's license. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out assigned duties. Must manage in a proactive manner. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Intermediate proficiency with computers is required. Friendly demeanor and excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to analyze registrations, audit accounts, collect and analyze data related to registration errors for quality improvement.
