Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part-Time / Per Diem All Shifts - Beverly, Lynn MA

Arbor Associates is seeking part-time, per diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to cover mostly first, second and third shifts in Beverly, Lynn MA . This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Position Overview: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

This role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or mental health needs in residential settings. Overnight DSPs ensure a safe and stable environment during nighttime hours, providing care and support as needed.

• Shift Type: Days , Evening and Overnight (typically 7am -3pm, 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7:am)
• Schedule: Per diem, part-time - work when it fits your availability, Flexible schedules
• Location: Beverly, Lynn, MA
• Setting: Group homes or similar residential programs

Key Responsibilities: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Monitor and support individuals overnight to ensure safety and comfort
• Assist with bedtime routines, hygiene, and mobility as needed
• Respond to any nighttime needs or emergencies calmly and appropriately
• Perform light housekeeping and documentation
• Promote a supportive, structured overnight environment

Job Requirements

Requirements: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• At least 6 months of experience in direct care or human services (e.g., CNA, HHA, PCA, Residential Counselor, Caregiver)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• MAP certification preferred by not required
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
