Company Overview

We are a private holding company with a growing family of owned brands spanning restaurant technology, virtual food brands, and membership and subscription products. These brands already generate interest and sign-ups; this role turns that interest into paying customers and recurring revenue.

Position Summary

We are hiring inside sales representatives to sell our owned brands. You will work a base of existing leads and sign-ups, reach out by phone and email, explain the product clearly, and convert interested prospects into paying customers — then keep them engaged and look for opportunities to expand.

This is a phone-forward, high-activity inside sales role. You are not cold-prospecting into the void: many of these people have already raised their hand for one of our brands. Your job is to follow up quickly, build interest into commitment, and hit clear conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work the lead base. Follow up promptly and persistently on inbound sign-ups and leads across our brands — speed and consistency win here.
• Sell the product. Understand each brand well enough to explain the value simply, answer questions, and match the product to what the prospect needs.
• Convert. Move interested prospects from sign-up to paying customer, handling objections and hesitation along the way.
• Follow up relentlessly. Keep warm leads warm — most conversions come from the follow-up, not the first call.
• Onboard and hand off. Get new customers set up for success and hand off cleanly to support or the relevant brand team.
• Expand. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell customers across our family of brands.
• Manage your pipeline. Keep every prospect's status current in the CRM and maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline.
• Hit targets. Own a clear conversion and revenue target and consistently work to exceed it.
• Feed back. Share what you hear from prospects — objections, questions, and requests — with the brand and product teams.

Qualifications

• Inside sales, telesales, or high-volume-contact sales experience.
• Strong phone presence — you build rapport fast and are comfortable asking for the sale.
• Experience selling subscriptions, memberships, SaaS, or recurring products is a strong plus.
• Persistent, organized follow-up — you work a pipeline without letting leads slip.
• Coachable and process-driven — able to work our playbook and improve on it.
• Comfortable with CRM and sales tools.
• Self-motivated and energized by clear targets and performance-based pay.

Compensation

• Base salary: commensurate with experience.
• Commission: performance-based commission on conversions, with additional upside for recurring subscription revenue and expansion sales.

This is a performance-forward role: strong closers earn well, with real upside for consistent conversion and recurring revenue.
