As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Bainbridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional, person-centered care to our patients. Located in the heart of The Bronx, New York, our 200-bed rehabilitation facility is committed to delivering innovative, comprehensive care to individuals with a wide range of needs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
• Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and respect among staff

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
• Minimum of [Number] years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting
