Vos missions au quotidien :
Acheter les créances des clients et générer les financements
Fidéliser et développer la relation avec le client
Traiter les demandes quotidiennes des clients
Être l’interface privilégiée entre les clients et les services internes
Appliquer la politique de gestion des contrats définie en liaison avec sa hiérarchie et les chargés de clientèle
Effectuer les contrôles nécessaires en termes de risque
Assurer le suivi des encours
Profil recherché :
Titulaire d’un BAC + 3
Connaissances et compétences techniques
Bonnes connaissances du monde de l’entreprise
Notions de comptabilité, de gestion et d’analyse financière
Maîtrise des outils informatiques notamment Excel
Bonne expression orale et écrite
Maitrise de l’anglais
Sens relationnel et commercial
Autonomie
Travail en équipe
Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
