Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

• Schedule: 4-day workweek. 32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time is considered full-time. Option for a 3-day workweek for those interested.
• Primary Care: Outpatient-only role with no obstetric, inpatient, or call responsibilities.
• Collaborative Environment: Practice in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model focused on evidence-based care, access, and strong coordination across disciplines.

• Compensation: Competitive salary of up to $150,000 based on experience, with a retention bonus available.

• Certification: National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through an accredited certifying body.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for APRN licensure in the state of Vermont.
