Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina.
Experience Level: Open to both seasoned professionals and New Graduates; independent contractors are also welcome to apply.
Clinical Skills: Strong proficiency in modern dental hygiene practices and patient education.
Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional teamwork skills and a compassionate, relationship-driven approach to patient care.

Job Description

Comprehensive Care: Perform thorough clinical hygiene treatments using state-of-the-art tools, including CBCT, iTero scanners, and microscopes.
Relationship Building: Take the time to understand each patient’s long-term health goals, building trust and rapport that goes beyond the dental chair.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on oral health and preventative care with confidence and clarity.
Collaborative Support: Work alongside a drama-free, "All-Star" team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient feels at home.
