Residential Property Manager

Arbors Management Inc. – Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $60,000+ per year (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Arbors Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a 190-unit Senior/Disabled subsidized high-rise in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing, tenant recertifications (Annual/Interim), waitlists, and HUD/Section 8 compliance.
• Oversee property finances, rent collections, deposits, and magistrate filings when necessary.
• Direct on-site maintenance staff, process work orders, and conduct regular unit/grounds inspections. 
• Maintain strict confidentiality, accurate electronic resident files, and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications:

• Property Management experience in affordable housing (Section 8 / HUD).
• Valid PA Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Strong computer proficiency, budget management skills, and solid communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and capable of passing criminal background & drug screenings.
