Join Our Glowsmile Team as a Full-Time Dental Assistant! We are excited to welcome a full-time Dental Assistant to our outstanding team of dedicated professionals in Magnolia. We’re looking for someone who values clinical excellence, delivers exceptional patient care, and thrives in a positive and supportive team environment. What We Offer: Full-time schedule (Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM). Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays). Employee Dental allowance $1500/year. Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and continuing education. Competitive pay based on experience along with bonus. Required Skills: Strong verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Friendly, empathetic, and compassionate demeanor. Outgoing and team-oriented personality. Primary Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures. Take dental X-rays. Maintain a clean and organized operatory. Sterilize and prepare instruments and materials. Educate patients on post-operative instructions. Accurately chart patient information. Follow all infection control and OSHA/HIPAA protocols.
