Job Description Wright Ford Young & Co. is seeking a motivated Audit Senior to join the assurance department in its Irvine office. Below are some of the duties and qualifications: Lead audit, review and compilation engagements for a variety of industries Plan and execute audit and review procedures in accordance with professional standards Identify accounting and internal control issues Review audit staff workpapers and provide constructive feedback Train and mentor audit staff Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and effective communication Qualifications and Requirements 3 - 5 years of public accounting experience in planning and performing audits of financial statements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field CPA license or currently pursuing CPA license Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards Strong communication and organizational skills Proven leadership skills demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to work in our Irvine office and at clients as scheduled Limited overnight travel required for inventory observations Competitive compensation Flexible hybrid work environment Quarterly firm events Overtime compensation as defined by California labor laws paid at time and a half Paid vacation and holidays Participation in our retirement plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Group Term Life Insurance FSA and/or HSA Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 (plus overtime) #J-18808-Ljbffr Wright Ford Young & Co.
