• You have 12 years of experience in a veterinary client-facing role.
• You're the kind of person who can make anyone feel welcomefrom nervous pet parents to excited new puppy owners.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle phones, appointments, and in-person clients with ease.
• You're highly organized and detail-orientednothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionallywhether it's over the phone, email, or in person.
• You're comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy.
• You're a team player who supports both clients and the medical team to keep the day running smoothly.
• You genuinely love animals (even the spicy ones).

Schedule

• Day shift
• 8-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation The pay for this position starts at $16 per hour, based on experience, skills. Perks+Benefits
