Physician Referral Liaison

This role is a mixture of remote and onsite work. 3-4 days will be out in the field assisting the West Cleveland and Sandusky Territory.Midwest Vision Partners (MVP) is seeking a high-performing Affiliate Liaison to drive new patient growth by strengthening and expanding referral relationships. This role serves as a trusted connector between referring providers and our clinical teams-removing barriers, improving access, and supporting sustainable referral growth.The Affiliate Liaison represents the full scope of services offered by our physician practices, primarily calling on optometrists (approximately 80%) while also engaging other referring providers across the market.
