Nurse Director Quality/Safety

Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.Responsible for providing strategic oversight and guidance to service areas by leading the development and implementation of quality programs and initiatives; serving as a leader and expert on clinical quality management programs and initiatives. Proactively monitoring performance metrics and performance improvement activities; championing and overseeing the use of evidence-based guidelines and criteria to optimize clinical outcomes; directing accreditation, licensing, and regulatory activities and ensuring compliance in all applicable settings, including compliance with administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements; partnering with and directing medical staff service areas to support peer review, practitioner performance review, and oversight processes; and developing, evaluating, and managing ongoing improvement systems to reduce care delivery risk and medical errors.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in NursingMaster's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business, or Healthcare Administration, or enrollment in a Master's programMust be an RN with Experience leading a Quality Department. xhyhwjd Must have experience at the Director level and above. Must have inpatient experiencePreferred (1 or more) - Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), Certified Patient Safety Officer (CPSO)
