About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) with a strong background in people strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be a key driver of the people strategy, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution, particularly in the HR function and its partnerships with finance, legal, IT, and business leaders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational rigor to ensure the CAO office runs efficiently, with a focus on keeping the people organization aligned on measurable outcomes. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for owning the office's operating cadence, running the business management system, and developing executive and board-ready materials on various people topics. They must be highly organized, detail-obsessed, and capable of influencing through trust, clarity, and collaboration. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and 10-15+ years of experience in strategic consulting, people/HR strategy and operations, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles. Experience in a matrixed environment and supporting a CHRO or people executive is strongly preferred. The role demands a professional with a strong fluency in core people domains, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-impact presentations. The ideal candidate will be an AI-fluent, forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of running operating mechanisms, building people analytics, and driving cross-functional alignment. They should be adept at managing sensitive information with discretion and have a background in supporting a tech company through transformation. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to bring operational rigor, improve processes, and establish standards for planning and executive communications across the people organization.
