Contractor position: Clinical Counselor Responsibilities:

Provide effective evidence-based, trauma informed, individual, group and family therapy with a variety of clientele and age groups.

Ensure clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Ensure formulation and documentation of diagnoses is consistent with the clinical presentation of the client.

Perform all aspects of client care in a way that improves client safety and addresses risk issues (clinical and environmental).

Seek supervision when presented with high-risk situations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (M.A., M.S., MSW, MFT). License Preferred

Registered with DORA.

Successfully pass a full criminal background check.

Valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record, operating vehicle with valid insurance and registration.

Sufficient language skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Basic computer skills and skills. Proficient with Office 365, and type 25+ wpm; using electronic record systems.

Demonstrate active listening, ethical conduct, complex problem solving, strong writing, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills.

Experience working therapeutically with specified population (clients aged 5-99).

Experience using various treatment modalities appropriate for specified population, utilizing strength-based and trauma informed therapeutic approaches.

Experience working in a team environment.

Pay: $30-40 per hour, DOE negotiable
