Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Center in Portage, Indiana.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary of $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
- HRSA student loan repayment eligibility.
- Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage.
- Dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage.
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs.
- Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
- Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care model.
- Focus on patient care while dedicated administrative staff manage operational support.
- Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care in a mission-driven community health setting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
- Current or eligible DEA registration.
- Commitment to outpatient primary care.
- Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
