EKG Tech/Cardiology Technician - FT Variable Shift

Responsible for independently performing all non-invasive cardiology procedures for a group of patients based on policies and procedures. The EKG Technician conducts non-invasive electrodiagnostic examinations on inpatients and outpatients using electrocardiographic equipment.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills
Critical thinking skills

Required Experience

Completion of EKG Technician program or one year experience in an acute care hospital
Arrhythmia detection knowledge
BLS through American Heart Association
LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment

Salary

Minimum Salary: $23.00

Maximum Salary: $41.15
