Cherry Picker Operator

Pay:

2nd Shift: $19.00/hour

Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Some Saturdays)

A growing distribution company is seeking experienced Cherry Picker Operators to join its warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating a cherry picker forklift to retrieve, move, and stage inventory while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have previous cherry picker experience and be comfortable working at elevated heights.

Responsibilities:

Operate a cherry picker forklift safely and efficiently
Pick, pull, and replenish inventory from elevated rack locations
Accurately fulfill customer and production orders
Scan products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Transport materials throughout the warehouse
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product placement
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Keep the work area clean and organized
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of recent cherry picker forklift experience
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
Experience using RF scanners is a plus
Ability to work safely at elevated heights
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
