We offer a supportive environment, where you can lean into challenges, while continuously learning./ppResponsibilities:/pulliProviding world class customer service to our clients, customers, and team!/liliPhotographing items for online estate sale auctions, writing descriptions/liliProfessionally packing/unpacking household goods/liliAssisting in household sorting and organizing/liliPreparing homes for liquidations of all types including online auctions and clean outs/liliServing as staff for our online auction pickups/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliWorld class customer service skills/liliProfessional attitude and demeanor/liliStrong character and integrity/liliPrompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts/liliTechnical ability to work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing/liliExcellent communication skills and written skills/liliAbility to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment/liliComfortable working in a fast-paced environment/liliPhysical ability - including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs./liliWilling to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments/liliReliable transportation/liliValid Drivers License/liliSmart phone access/liliMust pass background check/li/ulpStarting Pay Rate: $15 an hour. Pay increases based on performance and productivity./ppThis position is part-time on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours.
