About the Role: As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in the production process, operating rod manufacturing equipment, preparing, assembling, and finishing rod components. You will install parts such as reel seats, handles, and guides, ensuring each product meets quality standards. Your responsibilities will include following detailed specifications, achieving daily production targets, and supporting additional manufacturing tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
