Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgery - Day Shift

Position: Registered Nurse Cardiovascular OR Location: Glenbrook Hospital Role Overview: Provides direct perioperative patient care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, acting as a patient advocate and ensuring safety during surgical procedures. Assesses the surgical environment, intervenes as needed, and collaborates with the surgical team to facilitate successful surgeries. May also oversee staff orientation, educational programs, and maintain supplies and equipment. Qualifications: Graduate of an approved nursing program; IL RN license; CPR/BLS certification; preferred 2+ years perioperative experience; basic computer skills; BSN preferred.
