Responsibilities

- Process changes, applications, and payments with accuracy

- Handle phone calls efficiently and answer questions

- Generate sales leads by utilizing sales techniques to enhancethe customer service experience and up-sell

- Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction

- Communicate directly and professionally with clients

- Schedule client appointments

- Email, file, and other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening

- Customer Service experience a plus

- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

- Extreme attention to detail

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

- Fast learner, able to multitask, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

- Strong work ethic and a ''can do'' attitude (willing to go above and beyond the call of duty)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

- Energetic, a team player, and inspire clients and co-workers

- Inquisitiveness and the desire to continually learn and improve

- Proficient in English, conversational Cantonese/Mandarin a plus
