Sales Representative — True North Restoration

Location: Mount Vernon, Ohio

Job Description

True North Restoration is looking for driven, professional Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to identify property-restoration needs, conduct inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the process from the initial appointment through the sale.

This is a performance-based 1099 sales position designed for someone who wants their income to directly reflect their production. You don't need to be a roofing expert on day one—we'll provide the systems, processes, and resources you need to understand our services and sales process.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Build trust and establish professional relationships with customers
• Inspect properties for potential roofing and exterior restoration opportunities
• Document property conditions accurately
• Take photos and measurements as required
• Explain findings and available restoration solutions to homeowners
• Prepare and present proposals
• Answer homeowner questions and address concerns
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
• Coordinate with homeowners, office staff, contractors, and production teams
• Guide customers through the process from initial inspection through project completion
• Maintain consistent communication with customers
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Represent True North Restoration professionally at all times
  

Compensation

10% commission on sales

Plus:

$20 per contingency

Paid every Friday.

Your earning potential is directly tied to your production. There is no traditional hourly wage for this position.

Performance Incentives

• 5+ appointments in a week: $250 bonus
• 10+ appointments in a month: $500 bonus
• $600K annual production: Choice of a Rolex or paid weekend vacation

Sales Experience Is Preferred

Experience in roofing, restoration, construction, insurance, home improvement, real estate, automotive, or another commission-based sales environment is a plus.

However, we're more interested in your work ethic, communication skills, coachability, and drive to succeed than simply how many years you've been in sales.
