Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Mentorship

Highlights/Benefits:

• Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments
• Previous experience in Acute Care is not required: New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Treat a wide variety of diagnoses: Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
• See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
• 4/10's Schedule
• 4.5 weeks PTO

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• H-1B Visa sponsorship not available
