Registration Specialist

Job Description Submit state registrations, FINRA exam requests, name changes and phone number updates for representatives Follow up as needed for additional information from representatives Navigate through RegEd, FINRA and online systems Analyze responses and be able to know when additional follow up or escalation is needed Prioritize multiple requests Excellent customer service skills Ability to keep excellent records and documentation The Registration Specialist will be responsible for: Assisting with the insurance, advisory and securities licensing of Advisors Providing customer service to Advisors over the phone and through written correspondence Performing general clerical duties, including data entry, generating departmental letters and processing applications Qualifications 1+ years of support experience in financial services, insurance, or related financial organization is a plus College degree is preferred Must have strong communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Computer proficiency with Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills Ability to work independently Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.58 - $27.58/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
