Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in the state of Texas or eligibility to practice
• BLS certification (required)
• Department-specific certifications as required (may be obtained after hire)
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred

What You Will Do:

• Deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care to neuro and pulmonary patients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and therapies in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions and coordinate multidisciplinary care
• Document accurately and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
• Supervise and delegate to nursing support staff as appropriate
• Contribute to a team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continual improvement
