Executive Underwriting Director, E&S Excess Casualty — Hybrid

Zurich North America is seeking an AVP, Underwriting Director or VP, Senior Underwriting Director – E&S Excess Casualty for Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston. This hybrid role focuses on market leadership, broker relationships, and profitable growth in E&S excess casualty.
You will underwrite new and renewal business, advise on risk, and drive growth with national wholesalers. The position requires extensive underwriting expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to operate with delegated authority.
