Perform assessments, monitor vitals, operate and troubleshoot standard clinical equipment, administer medications per policy, and document care carefully. Deliver patient and family education before procedures and at discharge; coordinate discharge planning with the care team. Collaborate with physicians, case management, and ancillary staff to ensure safe transitions and timely patient flow, including pre/post education and care planning. Support peri‑procedural care in a short‑stay context, with attention to infection control, safety protocols, and quality metrics. Seek opportunities to apply and share relevant cath‑lab related skills; one year of pre/post op diagnostic cath‑lab experience is preferred. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in pre‑ and post‑operative/diagnostic cath‑lab care is preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity care environment. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills. Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team.
