What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Stylecraft—guiding customers through one of the most important moments in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome and guide prospective buyers through model homes and communities
• Showcase the features and benefits of our homes and neighborhoods
• Build relationships and deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
• Present and explain purchase agreements and key milestones in the homebuying process
• Follow up on leads using our proven sales approach
• Maintain model home presentation, signage, and marketing materials
• Build relationships with Realtors to drive referrals
• Track and manage customer activity in our CRM system

What You Bring

• 1+ year of sales experience (new home sales a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A customer-first mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays
• Valid driver’s license
