LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established professional services organization to add two Contracts Operations Specialists to their growing team in Vancouver, WA. These are permanent opportunities created through internal promotions and a recent retirement.

What You'll Do

• Process and maintain high volumes of contract and onboarding-related documentation
• Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks within Salesforce and internal systems
• Collaborate with teams across multiple locations to ensure information is complete and accurate
• Communicate with internal stakeholders via Microsoft Teams and email
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of administrative, customer service, data entry, or operations experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Experience supporting multiple teams or locations is a plus
• Salesforce experience is helpful but not required
