Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist- $7,500 sign-on bonus Job Summary: We Are Family at Birchwood Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare, and we’re excited to welcome a talented Physical Therapist to our team! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities: Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and establish a treatment program with specific goals under the direction of the Physician. Provide direct patient care, set realistic and achievable goals, and document and record patients' conditions and educate patients and families. Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment and care. Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation. Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university. Must have a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice. Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
