Arena - Ticket Service Representative (FWS/NFWS)

Purpose The purpose of this position is to provide customer service for the Arena regarding ticket sales and Box Office concerns. Responsibilities Sell tickets through the Box Office Ticketing System. Provide strong customer support at the in-person window for general information and ticket sales. Mailing materials, stocking supplies, photocopying and data entry. General office work. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality. Punctual and customer service oriented. Box Office and cashier experience is a plus but not necessary; training will be provided. Experience with Microsoft Office. Passion for helping others, and ability to keep a positive attitude through adversity. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Eligibility Requirements for Student Employment Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. Maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 for Bachelor students or 3.0 for Master students. Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University. Applicants may be subject to termination if they fall below the minimum requirements. Pay and Employment Pay Rate: Minimum Wage. Number of Openings: 5. Anticipated End Date: June 30, 2027.
