Shipping & Receiving AssociateThe Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This position ensures inventory is handled properly, shipments are prepared accurately, and warehouse operations are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, verify, and accurately record incoming shipments.Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders according to customer and company requirements.Create and verify shipping labels and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates, cycle counts, and proper documentation.Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.Identify and report shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, inventory issues, or carrier concerns to management.Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to support efficient workflow.Assist with order picking, packing, staging, and other warehouse duties as needed.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish)Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
